All fine, but service issues

I really enjoyed my night here, especially the warm pool and the cozy room with comfy beds. They also had a great little casino to unwind in after a long day. The only slight bummer was the loud music outside at night, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience! 😊

i had a great stay at this hotel. the rooms were clean and comfortable, exceeding my previous experiences in ely. the staff was friendly, and the restaurant served delicious food that made the trip even better.

What I loved the most was the friendly staff! They truly made us feel welcome, especially with their dog-friendly rooms🐾. However, the smoke in the casino area was a bit much for me.

I noticed loud music outside that carried into the night, waking me at 3 a.m. The non-smoking room had a slight smoke smell, but the staff offered to move me if I wanted. Also, there’s no elevator, which made moving my luggage a bit tricky. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a stay in Ely.

I was shocked when I walked into the lobby and saw the beautiful crystals and quirky decor, it felt like I stepped into another world. The restaurant’s ribeye I ordered was done to perfection, and I had enough left over for later, which is always a plus.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but still within reason.

Loved the cozy bed and friendly staff, but Wi-Fi was slow.
